The criminal case into the death of 13-year-old Dinmukhamed during a kokpar game in the Tselinograd district of the Akmola region was closed on 29 July 2026. The teenager's family disagrees with the decision and demands that the investigation be resumed. The boy died on 26 May after sustaining severe injuries during the game.
