Another preventative patrol took place in Astana's City Triathlon Park, during which district administration staff and police checked compliance with cleanliness and public order in the area. The patrol was organised under the "Law and Order" principle and the "Taza Qazaqstan" campaign, and is aimed at preventing offences in the park.

In the North Kazakhstan Region (NKR), a court sentenced a man to 2 years of restriction of liberty for illegal entrepreneurial and microfinance activity without a licence. According to the investigation, he issued loans across 78 episodes, using loan agreements and sale and purchase agreements.

The Government of Kazakhstan has approved a Comprehensive Plan for the Development of Veterinary Medicine for 2026–2030. The document envisages a 1.5 to 2.5-fold increase in veterinary salaries, an 80% upgrade to the material and technical base, and large-scale digitalisation of the sector. At the same time, systemic problems in veterinary medicine — staff shortages, disease outbreaks, and corruption — have not gone away.
