A company linked to Trump has received $1.6 billion for tungsten development in Kazakhstan

American company Cove Kaz Capital has received approximately $1.6 billion from US authorities for the development of tungsten deposits in Kazakhstan. These are the Severny Katpar and Verkhneye Kayraktinskoye sites in the central part of the country. If the project is granted additional funding, the total amount of US government support will reach $2 billion.

The courts have established that construction and the raising of funds from equity holders were carried out without the proper permit documents, including the permission to attract funds from participants in shared-equity construction.
