At the phytosanitary control post "Nұr Zholy", an attempt to import more than 39.52 tonnes of infested quarantine material from the People's Republic of China (PRC) into Kazakhstan was prevented. Dangerous pests were found in consignments of peaches and carrots, after which the cargo was returned to the exporting country.
