In the Baizak District Court of the Zhambyl Region, a civil case was heard concerning a pensioner's claim against citizen B. for the recovery of money paid for a land plot. The purchase did not go through, as the seller had no rights to the land. The parties settled the dispute through mediation, and the defendant undertook to pay 2 million tenge.

In the Alatau district of Almaty, the remains of dogs with their skin removed were found near rubbish bins. At the scene, 10 heads and 4 carcasses of animals were discovered. A special ruling was also issued to the city's akim due to identified violations in the land expropriation procedure.

In the evening of 9 March, a passenger stabbed a bus driver with a knife during a conflict on a bus in Taraz. The suspect was detained at the scene and placed in a temporary detention facility. A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the incident.
