The IT sector entered the top three most attacked industries, surpassing finance. Experts note a rise in targeted APT attacks and a shift in attackers' focus towards stealthy presence within systems, including Kazakhstan.

Prosecutor's office of Zhetysu has identified unlawful VAT charges for investors of "Khorgos"

The prosecutor's office of the Zhetisu region revealed that the management company "Khorgos International Centre for Border Cooperation" had illegally charged 19 investors VAT for two years when calculating water supply tariffs, despite the tax exemptions of the SEZ.
