In Turkestan Region, following reports of mass fish deaths and an alleged discharge of wastewater into the Badam River, an unscheduled inspection of LLP "Balmūzdaq" has been ordered. Specialists have already taken samples of the wastewater, and final conclusions about the causes of the incident will be made after the completion of laboratory tests.

The Government of Kazakhstan has allocated 10.4 billion tenge for the creation of the KazSat-3R satellite.

The government has allocated 10.4 billion tenge from its reserve to create a new KazSat-3R space communication system. The relevant decree was signed by Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov. The new satellite is intended to replace the current KazSat-3, whose operational lifespan ends in 2029.
