The criminal case of embezzlement in the SEC "Shymkent" has stalled at the pre-trial investigation stage. The case was opened in 2020 against the company's management for the purchase of buses at inflated prices, but in 2022 the investigator suspended the investigation deadlines, citing "failure to identify the person who committed the crime."
