Financier Rasul Rysmambetov has published a study of the financial statements of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" (KTZ) for 2008–2024, prepared on the basis of open data. In it, the author drew attention to long-standing audit qualifications, a retrospective adjustment of more than 32 billion tenge, an increase in advances to suppliers to 463 billion tenge, and other indicators which, in his view, require further examination.
