Senator Andrei Lukin has drawn attention to systemic problems in the implementation of investment projects in Kazakhstan. According to him, the Ministry of Agriculture and other government bodies are issuing unjustified refusals to approve investment contracts and are delaying the provision of land plots and engineering infrastructure, which hinders the work of investors and could lead to the termination of contracts.

The Russian company LLC "Rassvet-N" exported more than 18,000 head of cattle to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, which formally passed through Kazakhstan in transit.
