The prosecutor's office of North Kazakhstan region identified violations during public procurement procedures in the Zhambyl and Taiynsha districts and cancelled 17 tenders totalling 225 million tenge. The violations involved the absence of title documents and the inclusion of services not stipulated by the requirements of the Ministry of Health.

A court in Astana has found a man guilty of stalking his ex-wife. According to the Astana city prosecutor's office, he pursued the woman for several years, unlawfully entered her flat, and posed a threat to her safety. The court sentenced him to 100 hours of community service, emphasising criminal liability for unlawful harassment.
