At the phytosanitary control post "Nұr Zholy", an attempt to import more than 39.52 tonnes of infested quarantine material from the People's Republic of China (PRC) into Kazakhstan was prevented. The building of the rhythmic gymnastics sports school in the Duman microdistrict of Astana has been purchased by Otbasy Bank JSC. The bank is not permitted to lease out the premises and is obliged to use them for its own purposes. Tenants have been notified of the need to vacate the premises by 1 March 2026.

Materials from a criminal case concerning five defendants, including the former chief architect of Shymkent, Arman Abdeshov, have been submitted to Court No. 2 of the city of Taraz. All of them are charged under Part 4 of Article 189 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("Misappropriation or embezzlement of entrusted property on an especially large scale"). An additional charge has also been brought against one of the entrepreneurs.

Theft of over 600 million tenge detected in medical organisations of Mangystau
