In the Kostanay and Karagandy regions, as well as in the Abai region, police officers uncovered cases of illegal hunting. Law enforcement officials seized carcasses of wild animals, unregistered weapons, and identified dozens of violations of environmental legislation.

In the Burabay district of the Akmola region, an inspection of land plots previously issued in violation of regulations is ongoing. Against this backdrop, concerns among local residents have intensified that the seized land could be used for the construction of a casino. Regional authorities have denied this information.
