«Kazakhtelecom» has recorded a sharp drop in Telegram traffic at international peering points in Frankfurt and Moscow, and has found no faults in its own network. The Ministry of Digital Development has confirmed the issues and stated that specialists are looking into them. The cause of the outage has not yet been identified.
