Court No. 2 of Ust-Kamenogorsk has reviewed the criminal case of the head of the branch of the state institution "Kazselezashchita" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan "East Kazakhstan Territorial Operational Department", Sovetbek Stanbekov. He was accused of fraud using his official position.
