On certain sections of Kazakhstan's motorways, a video analytics system incorporating elements of artificial intelligence (AI) is being tested. The cameras are designed to monitor traffic conditions and transmit data in real time.

The Ministry of Finance has published a draft order on increasing the minimum retail prices for cigarettes, papirosy, cigarillos and heated tobacco products. The document has been submitted for public consultation, which will last until 20 July 2026.
