In the Mangystau region, a land plot on the coast of the Caspian Sea has been returned to the state. Its area is 50 hectares.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, the territory, intended for the construction and placement of an oil terminal, had not been used for its intended purpose for a long time.
"The land plot is located on the coast of the Caspian Sea in the Karakiyan district. The cadastral (valuation) value of the land plot is 445 million tenge", the statement says.
It is reported that the owner of the plot had previously been issued an order to eliminate a violation of land legislation. A year later, for failing to comply with the order, the partnership was fined an administrative penalty in the amount of 345 thousand tenge.
"The Department for Land Resource Management of the Mangystau region filed claims in court for the compulsory seizure of the land plot into state ownership. The claims were satisfied, and the court decision has entered into legal force", the statement says.
Recall that in the Aktobe region, agricultural land plots with an area of 30 thousand hectares were returned to state ownership.
Earlier, Majilis deputy Bakytzhan Bazarbek reported that companies linked to Timur Kulibayev are obstructing the execution of court decisions by not returning land plots to the state.
At the same time, it became known that this year prosecutors in the Almaty region returned to state ownership 155 plots of unused land with an area of 12.5 thousand hectares and a value of 2.5 billion tenge.
