According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, the total area of the plots is 30 thousand hectares.

The regional department of the Committee for Land Resources Management (CLRM) filed a lawsuit in court to seize the land plots from the LLP.

The Specialised Inter-District Economic Court of the Aktobe region upheld the claim.

"The LLP's appeal was dismissed, and the land plots have been returned to the land fund of the Kargaly district," the statement said.

Earlier, Majilis deputy Bakytzhan Bazarbek reported that companies linked to Timur Kulibayev are obstructing the execution of court decisions by failing to return land plots to the state.

Meanwhile, it emerged that this year, prosecutors in the Almaty region returned 155 plots of unused land covering an area of 12.5 thousand hectares and valued at 2.5 billion tenge
