Land worth 156 million returned to state ownership by prosecutors in Aktobe

The prosecutor's office of Aktobe has identified the illegal provision of land plots with inappropriate intended use. 

According to the press service of the Aktobe Regional Prosecutor's Office, the city akimat provided a land plot of 0.1 hectares to one of the citizens in a horticultural cooperative for the construction of buildings and structures.

"The plot provided by the akimat was relocated along the international highway 'Samara-Shymkent', whereas according to the city's General Plan, this plot is a green zone where the construction of buildings and structures is prohibited. Additionally, during the relocation of the plot, an additional plot of 3.9 hectares with a cadastral value of 102 million tenge was allocated.", the statement says.

As a result, through prosecutorial oversight measures, illegally provided lands covering 6 hectares with a total value of more than 156 million tenge were returned to the state.
