The Shymkent Prosecutor’s Office returned property and shares worth 5.9 billion tenge to the state in six months.
The department’s press service reported that, for example, the court upheld the Prosecutor’s Office’s claim to return to the state a land plot illegally acquired by a certain Ibrahim B.
As a result, the specified property, valued at 357.7 million tenge, was transferred to the Shymkent Department of State Property and Privatisation.
“The Shymkent City Prosecutor’s Office, within the framework of the head of state’s instructions, continues its work to return illegally withdrawn assets to the state”, the statement says.
Recall that it was previously reported that in Shymkent, they plan to return the Ice Palace to state control.
It also became known that the Prosecutor’s Office of the Karaganda Region returned 37 illegally issued land plots to the state, as well as the Saryarka hockey club, which is valued at 900 million tenge.
At the same time, in Almaty, the Prosecutor’s Office returned 100% of the shares of JSC ‘832 Vehicle Repair Plant KI’ to state ownership.
