Fined 4.5 million tenge for a school in the Akmola Region

The prosecutor's office of the Yesil district of the Akmola region identified violations in the activities of general education institutions.

"The inspection revealed numerous violations, including exceeding the projected capacity of schools, overcrowded classrooms, failure to observe break times between shifts, insufficient break durations between lessons for students, the use and storage of expired food products, non-compliance with temperature regulations in classrooms, school premises not meeting sanitary standards, ready-made meals not meeting calorie requirements, and lack of medical records with work clearance, among others," the agency's press service reported.

As a result, 22 individuals were brought to administrative liability under Article 425, Part 1 of the Administrative Code (violation of legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, as well as hygienic standards), with fines totalling 4,596,540 tenge

It is reported that as a result of the measures taken, the violations in the educational institutions have been eliminated.
