Prosecutors have requested a 30-year prison sentence for the former president of South Korea.

A special group of prosecutors has called for a sentence of 30 years' imprisonment for the former President of the Republic of Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol. He is accused of aiding the enemy in connection with organising the dispatch of military drones towards Pyongyang.

The Minister of Transport commented on the incident involving 52 injured passengers on a train in Almaty.
