Residents of an eight-entrance, five-storey building in Petropavlovsk have reported regular flooding of the basement with a cloudy, milky-coloured liquid. According to them, there is a strong smell of spoiled dairy products and fat in the premises, which spreads through the entrances and reaches the flats.

Residents of the village of Panfilovo in the Talgar district have demanded the closure of a nearby slaughterhouse, claiming they have suffered from a strong unpleasant odour for several years. According to the villagers, the facility is located approximately 300 metres from residential homes.

The delivery of Stadler passenger carriages for JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", planned for December 2025, has been delayed. Specialised Inter-district Criminal Court of Pavlodar Region (SMUS) found the defendant guilty under Article 120, Part 3-1, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CC RK) — rape with the use of violence against a minor. The court sentenced him to 16 years' imprisonment. The verdict has not yet entered into legal force.
