In military unit 5573 of the National Guard in Astana, a video surveillance system based on artificial intelligence is being tested. The technology analyses the behaviour and emotional state of service personnel and, when signs of aggression are detected, automatically sends notifications to commanders and specialists. If its effectiveness is confirmed, the system may be deployed in other military units as well.

In Astana, a man who was intoxicated resisted police officers, insulted them, and used physical force, causing bodily harm without damage to health. The court found him guilty and imposed a sentence of 3 years' imprisonment; the verdict has entered into legal force.

In the Atyrau region, following a disciplinary investigation, six employees of educational institutions have been dismissed, and a further 24 have been held accountable. According to police data, the violations are linked to the improper fulfilment of duties by school administrations and private security services. The ARRFR has required financial companies in Kazakhstan to switch their communications with clients to the Aitu messenger in order to protect personal data. The initiative is being implemented on the instructions of the presidential administration and has raised concerns among market participants regarding the reliability of the service, potential costs, and its limited audience. Earlier, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev had ordered a verification of data on the number of platform users.

The Majilis has adopted a bill introducing amendments to the Law "On Responsible Treatment of Animals", which introduces the possibility of euthanasia, removes the priority of sterilisation, and transfers responsibility for vaccination to owners. The document also obliges local executive bodies (akimats) to respond promptly to threats posed by animals and provides for new approaches to regulating their numbers.
