18 officials and 4 state bodies have been held administratively liable for failing to comply with orders from the Supreme Audit Chamber (SAC).

The agency's press service recalled that a SAC order is an official document issued following a state audit when violations or shortcomings are identified. It specifies concrete measures, deadlines, and responsible persons.

"This is an important mechanism of state response, designed not just to punish for shortcomings, but to restore order and prevent repeated violations in significant areas at the republican level," the statement said.

As of 1 October, for failure to comply or improper compliance with SAC orders, administrative liability was imposed on the deputy akim of the Ulytau region, the deputy akim of Turkistan, the deputy akim of the Zhanaarka district of the Ulytau region, as well as the acting chair of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control.

In addition, administrative penalties were imposed on responsible persons from JSC "SPK "Semey", heads of departments in several regions, heads of divisions in several cities, directors of departments of ministries and other agencies.

At the same time, four legal entities were held liable: the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance, the Committee for Regulation, Protection and Use of Water Resources of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, the Roads Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the apparatus of the akim of the Kyzylorda region.

Furthermore, in connection with the non-compliance with certain clauses of SAC orders, lawsuits have been filed against the akimats of the cities of Zhezkazgan, Satpayev, and the Ulytau district of the Ulytau region. These matters are under review.
