As part of a crackdown on illegal construction in Almaty, the third floor and attic of the Parasat business centre at 63 Muratbayev Street are being dismantled. The city's akimat reported this.

After an unscheduled inspection, the Urban Planning Control Department issued an order to the centre's owner, Parasat Samex Co LTD LLP, to demolish the illegal structures.
However, the owner did not comply with the authority's requirements. The department then filed a relevant lawsuit in court.
The Specialised Inter-District Economic Court of Almaty ruled for the compulsory enforcement of the order.
The verdict has come into force. The dismantling is being carried out with the involvement of bailiffs.
For context, recently in the Yermensai microdistrict of Almaty, the dismantling of the Graff residential complex began. It was deemed to be under illegal construction and was ordered to be demolished by a court decision.
According to the Almaty Urban Planning Control Department, the residential complex was being built without permits on three plots of land.
