In the city of Taraz, prosecutors identified cases of non-payment of mandatory pension contributions for employees. According to the Zhambyl Regional Prosecutor's Office, the violations affected more than 2,500 people, who worked both in a private company and in state-run preschool institutions.
Following the inspection, the arrears of contributions were paid off, and officials were brought to administrative responsibility.
WHERE PENSION PAYMENT VIOLATIONS WERE FOUND
As established by the prosecutor's office, during the period from August to December 2025, mandatory pension contributions for 650 employees of Zhasyl El Taraz LLP were not transferred to the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (UAPF).
The total amount of unpaid deductions was more than 20 million tenge. After the prosecutor's intervention, the funds were transferred to the fund.

According to the prosecutor's office, mandatory pension contributions for these workers had not been paid, amounting to 283 million tenge.
After a supervisory act was issued, the full amount of the debt was repaid.
