In February of this year, parents of children at the private kindergarten «Әдемі» complained about violations and unsanitary conditions at the institution.
According to the Telegram channel «Halyqstan», parents claimed that their children slept in a basement room during quiet time, and some even on the floor due to a lack of beds. In addition, parents reported a failure to comply with sanitary conditions.
It turned out that the kindergarten was operating without the necessary permits. The institution was not registered with the Department for Quality Assurance in Education of the Ulytau region and did not have a sanitary-epidemiological certificate. As a result, the relevant documents were sent to court.
The sanitary and epidemiological control department reported that the kindergarten is currently not operating. For the identified violations, a representative of the institution was fined 900 thousand tenge. Under summary proceedings, the fine was reduced by 50%.
«The entrepreneur has been issued an order to eliminate the violations, and compliance is being monitored», the department added.
It will be recalled that earlier it was reported that parents of children at a kindergarten in the village of Novenky, Bayterek district, West Kazakhstan region, are accusing a middle-group nursery nurse of beating and mistreating children.
