In the Enbekshikazakh district of the Almaty region, an illegally built brick factory was demolished.
According to the press service of the regional akimat, in 2005 LLP "Kurylys Komek XXI" was granted a land plot for the construction and maintenance of an industrial base.
Later, after permission from the district akimat, a brick factory was built on the site. However, in 2021 the old factory was dismantled and a new one was built, but without the necessary documentation.
As a result, the state architectural and construction control authority established that LLP "Kurylys Komek XXI" had built an extension to the brick factory without permits and notifications.
"The company was held administratively liable and was obliged to demolish the unauthorised structure. The court decision on demolition was enforced compulsorily after LLP "Kurylys Komek XXI" failed to comply within the set deadline", the statement said.
Furthermore, in August 2022, a new lawsuit was filed against the company for the demolition of other parts of the brick factory.
Despite this, "Kurylys Komek XXI" did not dismantle the building. It is reported that the court decision on demolition was later enforced compulsorily.
