In Almaty, the dismantling of an illegally constructed building in a mountainous area has begun on Kyz Zhibek Street. The owner erected the facility, with an area of approximately 544 square metres, without the required permits or the supervision of architectural and technical oversight.
"Following the results of an unscheduled inspection, measures were taken against the owner under Articles 316, Part 1; 321; 322, Part 1; and 463, Part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an order was also issued to rectify the violations committed," reported the press service of the Almaty Urban Planning Control Department.
However, the owner did not comply with the requirements of the order, and they were again brought to administrative responsibility.
It is noted that last year the Medeu District Court granted the department's claim for the demolition of the facility, after which court proceedings followed regarding the owner's appeal. Later, the Almaty City Court upheld the decision of the first instance without change.
It is reported that the dismantling of the facility began in the presence of court bailiffs.
