<p>An ice palace costing 128 million is set to be returned to the state in Shymkent.</p>

Shymkent’s "Ice Palace" is planned to be returned to state control. 

This was announced on his Facebook page by the head of the Shymkent Anti-Corruption Agency department, Dauren Yergarin.

“The department, together with the city prosecutor's office, has taken measures to return the 'Ice Palace' to state ownership”, the statement reads.

Thus, the court of first instance has annulled the sale and purchase agreement for the sale of a stake in LLP “Sports Palace” (67%) into private ownership for 128 million tenge. It is reported that the court decision has not yet come into legal force.
