The company managing recovered assets has announced an auction on the E-Qazyna electronic portal. Ten properties are being put up for sale.
According to the press service of the company, land plots have been listed for the auction, which will take place on 5 February:
- Nauryzbai District, Almaty, starting price – 1,832,264,555 tenge;
- Zhambyl District, Almaty Region, 964 hectares, starting price – 751,842,251 tenge;
- Zhambyl District, Almaty Region, 2,400 hectares, starting price – 178,763,002 tenge;
- Karassay District, Almaty Region, 142.92 hectares, starting price – 127,861,494 tenge;
- Zhambyl District, Almaty Region, 1,400 hectares, starting price – 106,021,787 tenge;
- Zhambyl District, Almaty Region, 50 hectares, starting price – 51,533,631 tenge.
Non-residential premises in Almaty and Astana:
- Almaty, Bostandyk District, Koktem-2 microdistrict, building 22, starting price – 4,377,184,000 tenge;
- Astana, Nura District, Kaiym Mukhamedkhanov Street, building 17, premises No. 8, starting price – 84,584,305 tenge.
Additionally, shares in two Almaty-based organisations have been put up for auction:
- Tulpar LLP (thermal energy production), six employees, starting price – 991,469,139 tenge;
- ZHARKENT SU LLP (water collection and distribution), starting price – 593,139,151 tenge.
For context, the Prosecutor General's Office previously reported that in 2024, stolen assets worth 428.7 billion tenge were returned to the state.
