According to the press service of the agency, certain land plots were illegally moved from the Karoy Rural District to Baiserkensky Rural District. Based on the prosecutor’s claims, they were returned to the state fund.

A similar case regarding the return of a plot covering 3.4 hectares worth 96.9 million tenge is currently being considered in court.

Additionally, the prosecutor’s office identified 21 plots with a total area of 236 hectares and a cadastral value of 5 billion tenge. These lands were provided in violation of the law, and some of them had not been used for their intended purpose for a long time. Lawsuits have already been filed in court for their return to state ownership.

It is worth recalling that earlier, the Prosecutor’s Office of the Ulytau Region reported the return to state ownership of land plots worth over 295 million tenge that had not been used for their intended purpose.
