«Company for Management of Returned Assets» LLP (CMRA) has sold a building in Almaty that once belonged to Bolat Nazarbayev.
According to CMN.kz, the building was first put up for sale on 22 November, but there were no takers.

The media linked this property to the Nazarbayev family as early as April. At the time, it was reported that the premises at 104A Baitursynov Street previously housed the offices of companies belonging to Bolat Nazarbayev and his son Nurbol. These are «BN InvestCapital» and «Үш Қоңыр Invest Corporation».
It is worth recalling that in October, the unfinished business centre «Orion», which the nephew of former President Nazarbayev - Kairat Satybaldy surrendered to the state, was sold at auction in Almaty. The starting price for the business centre, with a total area of 21,500 m², was 6.2 billion tenge. It also came with a plot of land measuring 0.6315 hectares.
At the beginning of December, the CMRA reported the sale of a production facility in Almaty via an electronic auction. The asset was sold at auction at its starting price of 1.6 billion tenge (+12% VAT).
