LLP "Company for the Management of Returned Assets" has reported the sale of a production base in Almaty at an online auction.
According to the press service of the department, the asset was sold at auction at a starting price of 1.6 billion tenge (+12% VAT).
"The sale of this facility has become clear evidence of the high interest of investors in assets with significant market potential in the real estate sector of Almaty", the statement said.
It is noted that the proceeds will be directed to the Special State Fund.
Recall that in October, in Almaty, at auction, the unfinished Orion Business Centre, which the nephew of former President Nazarbayev - Kairat Satybaldy transferred to the state, was sold. The starting price of the business centre with a total area of 21,500 m² was 6.2 billion tenge. Along with it came a land plot of 0.6315 hectares.
