110 cases of corruption offences have been identified in Kazakhstan since the start of 2026

From the beginning of 2026, the National Security Committee (KNB) has registered 126 criminal offences, 110 of which are linked to corruption. Investigations have been completed into 129 cases, with 121 sent to court. In the concluded cases, damage amounting to 18 billion tenge has been established, of which over 100 million tenge has been reimbursed to the budget.
