The Constitutional Court has ruled that paragraph 1-2 of Article 41-1 of the Communications Act, which permits the temporary restriction of communication networks and access to internet resources in certain cases, is in accordance with the Constitution. At the same time, the Court highlighted the need to clarify certain provisions of the norm and recommended that the Government consider improving the legislation.

Six children have been hospitalised after the use of stage smoke in Almaty.

In Almaty, six 12-year-old pupils from Gymnasium No. 199 were hospitalised after using a stage smoke machine during a school event. The children experienced coughing and eye irritation, after which they were taken to the Children's Emergency Care Centre and placed in the toxicology ward.
