The Prosecutor's Office of Shymkent City has identified violations of land legislation during an inspection of the activities of local executive bodies. Land plots with a total area of 1.2 hectares and a cadastral value of 90 million tenge have been returned to state ownership.
WHAT THE INSPECTION REVEALED
According to the Prosecutor's Office of Shymkent City, the inspection established facts of land legalisation based on forged documents. Unlawful legalisation of land plots that were subject to seizure for state needs was also uncovered.
WHAT MEASURES WERE TAKEN BY THE AUTHORISED BODIES
Following the prosecutor's report, the authorised bodies took measures to eliminate the identified violations. As a result, land plots with a total area of 1.2 hectares were returned to state ownership.
The cadastral value of the returned land amounted to 90 million tenge.
The Prosecutor's Office of Shymkent City reported that work in this area is ongoing. The situation remains under the supervision of the oversight body.
