Two investment projects totalling more than 2.2 billion tenge in Shymkent resumed implementation after intervention by the prosecutor's office. The issue concerning the extension of the term of use of land plots was resolved, which allowed construction to continue without hindrance.
WHAT ISSUE WAS RESOLVED
According to the prosecutor's office of the city of Shymkent, during the implementation of projects for the construction of warehouse complexes by LLP "DRC Turan" and LLP "Turkestan Logistic", an issue arose related to extending the term of use of the land plots.
Under the act of prosecutorial supervision, both projects were placed under prosecutorial oversight, and the terms of the sublease agreements were extended.
WHAT STAGE ARE THE PROJECTS AT
Following the measures taken, construction of the two investment projects totalling more than 2.2 billion tenge continues without hindrance.
According to information from the prosecutor's office, the readiness of the LLP "DRC Turan" project stands at 80%, and that of the LLP "Turkestan Logistic" project at 70%.

According to the prosecutor's office, the measures taken made it possible to protect the rights of investors, ensure the timely implementation of projects, and also create conditions for opening new jobs and for the further development of the logistics infrastructure of Shymkent.
