Why did a US Air Force cargo plane fly to Almaty?

There are numerous services that allow you to track flights in real time: providing information on flight status, aircraft types, and much more. It is thanks to such a tracker that the FBRC editorial team managed to track several highly curious flights, evidently extremely valuable for neighbouring states.

On 18 March, a cargo aircraft of the US Air Force (USAF) flew from Tbilisi to Almaty. Given the type of aircraft and the route from Georgia to Kazakhstan, which coincides with a very unstable international situation, we can assume that the plane was transporting a particularly valuable cargo.

On 19 March, from Astana to Almaty, an IL-76, designed for cargo transport, and an Airbus C295W, developed for aviation support, arrive. On the same day, a Russian military aircraft, the AH-148, also lands in Almaty. The final arrival is an Uzbekistan Air Force aircraft.

There is suspicion that the military aircraft congregated in Almaty not to discuss the latest news. It seems the target was that very cargo delivered on 18 March by the American Air Force plane.

On 20 March, the arrivals disperse: some to Bishkek, some to Tashkent. At the same time, the US Air Force military cargo aircraft flies back from Almaty to Tbilisi.

It is interesting to consider what exactly could have prompted so many military aircraft to take to the air?
