The prosecutor's office of Zhelezinsky District in the Pavlodar region conducted an inspection of the activities of the State Municipal Enterprise "Kömek", which is engaged in the production, transmission and distribution of thermal energy, as well as water supply. As a result, serious violations of the law were identified.

According to the press service of the department, the enterprise had not fulfilled its tax obligations for more than three years and had not paid social contributions and allowances for 137 employees. A debt of over 66 million tenge accumulated.

At the same time, the company's employees were not provided with personal protective equipment, work clothing or footwear. Wages and holiday pay were paid with constant delays.

As a result, an act of prosecutorial supervision was issued to the district mayor and the fiscal authority. Following the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the enterprise paid off the social contributions for 137 employees.

Recall that previously, the Department of Internal State Audit of Almaty conducted an inspection at the Republican State Enterprise "National Centre for Complex Processing of Mineral Raw Materials of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and identified financial violations totalling 14.2 million tenge, related to payment for time not actually worked.
