The social services centre is planned to be built using returned assets in Semey.

The government has allocated 2.6 billion tenge from the Special State Fund for the construction of a Centre for the Provision of Special Social Services in Semey.
 
According to the press service of the department, the 100-bed medical and social institution will provide local residents with quality medical care.

It may be recalled that in October 2024, it was reported that around 3 billion tenge from the Special State Fund was planned to be allocated for the construction of a sports complex in the village of Zerenda, Akmola Region, and a music school in the village of Temirlan in the Turkistan Region.

At the same time, Kazakhstan began implementing social projects using the 12 billion tenge returned to the state. One such project is the construction of a centre of modern culture in Almaty.

In November, it was reported that the government planned to allocate 7.8 billion tenge from the Special State Fund for the construction of a kindergarten for children with special needs in Aktobe.

Later, more than 28 billion tenge was allocated from this fund to complete the construction of a multi-specialty hospital complex in Ridder.

In December, the government decided to allocate over 2 billion tenge from it for the construction of a kindergarten with 280 places in Petropavlovsk.

In January of this year, it was reported that a sports complex worth 1.1 billion tenge was planned to be built in the village of Zhalagash in the Kegen district of the Almaty Region using returned assets.

In early February, the government allocated more than 1.4 billion tenge from the Special State Fund for the construction of a school in the city of Karazhal, Ulytau Region.

Later, it became known that the government had allocated 1.4 billion tenge from returned assets for the construction of a school in the village of Koksay in the Kerbulak district of the Zhetysu Region.
