The Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs in the Kostanay region has identified more than 50 violations in the activities of the akimat of Uzunkol district.

According to the Kazinform MIA, the department reported that more than 30 cases involved the unlawful assignment of additional duties to civil servants without orders.

Additionally, department employees recorded errors in calculating length of service, as well as unlawful bonuses awarded to employees on probation or those with disciplinary sanctions. At the department's direction, overpaid amounts were returned, and oversight of payroll calculations was strengthened.

At the same time, unlawful recalls of employees from leave and reductions in leave duration were identified. Compensation was paid to those affected, and those responsible were held to disciplinary account.

Furthermore, the inspection revealed more than 20 violations related to the probation period: a lack of mentors, incorrect probation durations, and violations in extending the probation period.

As a result, the rights of new civil servants were restored, ensuring they received proper support and an objective assessment of their performance.

It is worth recalling that earlier, the environmental prosecutor's office of the North Kazakhstan region identified numerous violations in the actions of officials from local executive bodies. Officials unjustifiably reduced the volume of compensatory plantings by more than 8,000 units.
