Information is circulating online that the daughters of the late businessman and co-owner of Eurasian Resources Group (ERG) Alexander Mashkevich own expensive property in central London.

According to the Telegram channel "Exit to the Sea", his eldest daughter, Alla Mashkevich, owns two apartments in the Mayfair area with a total estimated value of £36.5 million (24.4 billion tenge). The companies of his younger daughter — Anna Mashkevich — own a floor of an office building. Its value could reach £4 million (2.6 billion tenge).

It has become known that Alla Mashkevich purchased two apartments on the first floor of 46 Green Street back in December 2003. At that time, the total value of the property was £3.5 million (2.3 billion tenge), but by estimates for 2025, the market value of these apartments had risen to £36.5 million.

It is reported that for the first three years, Andriy Sereda, a businessman of Ukrainian origin, was also listed as a co-owner of these apartments. His connection to Alla Mashkevich has not been officially confirmed, but in a number of media outlets he is mentioned as her former husband.

In the same building on Green Street, through offshore structures, two apartments are owned by Russian businessman, former senator for the Amur region and ex-head of the gold mining company "Petropavlovsk" Pavel Maslovskiy. In 2022, Maslovskiy was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison for large-scale fraud.

The property of Alexander Mashkevich's second daughter, Anna, is located on the second floor of an office building at 28–29 Savile Row. It is noted that she owns the premises through her company Alm Services UK.

The company purchased the property in 2022, but the value of the transaction is not stated in open documents. According to cadastral data, the usable area of the office is 212 m².

For context, journalists previously discovered a unique asset in the property portfolio of the late Kazakh businessman Alexander Mashkevich — a villa in the south of France, once owned by the African dictator Mobutu Sese Seko. The mansion on a 3.2-hectare plot worth €120-150 million is located in the picturesque commune of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin.

Later, it was reported that companies linked to the heirs of Alexander Mashkevich own property on Fisher Island in Miami worth around $14 million (over 7 billion tenge).
