Daughter of Vladimir Kim, one of Kazakhstan's wealthiest entrepreneurs, has purchased a building in a prestigious area of London. The purchase cost Camilla £10 million (5.6 billion tenge).
According to the Telegram channel "Access to the Sea", the building has six floors (including a basement), with a private terrace on the roof. According to documents, the office building, with an area of approximately 430 m² , belongs to the company "Sovereign Hospitality Private Ltd".

The transaction was completed back on 19 January 2022. In the first few months, another company - "London West Property Ltd" - was listed as the buyer. Its sole owner was Camilla Kim. The owner of "Sovereign Hospitality Private Ltd" became the billionaire’s daughter on 27 March 2023.
One of the building's sale listings states that with the appropriate permission, the commercial property can be converted into residential real estate.
It is noted that this building cost Camilla Kim significantly less than her two apartments in London, which she received for her 18th birthday. The two properties in the "The Knightsbridge Apartments" residence, with a total area of approximately 300 m² , cost £14 million (7.8 billion tenge).
Furthermore, it has emerged that Vladimir Kim’s daughter owns an apartment in the "One Hyde Park" residence — a building with the most expensive square metre in the world, according to estate agents. In 2017, the apartment was purchased for £27.5 million (15.3 billion tenge).
"Access to the Sea" suggests that Vladimir Kim is forced to register property in the name of close relatives because one of his companies - the gold mining GDK "Baimskaya", operating in Russia, came under US sanctions.
