Prosecutors in the Syrym district of the West Kazakhstan region have returned unused land plots covering more than 5,000 hectares with a cadastral value of over 38 million tenge to state ownership.
According to the press service of the department, land users in the district had not used agricultural plots for their intended purpose for a long time.
Due to the violations identified, the land plots were returned to state ownership under supervisory acts. The land is now being brought into legal economic circulation.
At the same time, local executive bodies, in line with the President's address, plan to allocate the returned land for use by bona fide entities living in rural areas.
Recall that earlier the prosecutor's office of the Ulytau region returned unused land plots covering 90,000 hectares to state ownership.
