The Turkish investor Shakhin R. has accrued tax debts totalling 792.1 million tenge. Furthermore, six debt recovery cases have been opened against the businessman, and he has been ordered to repay 3.73 billion tenge in connection with several civil claims.

According to the Telegram channel "Chinovnik", Shakhin also owes debts to JSC "Kazakhtelecom". As a result, he has even been banned from leaving Kazakhstan.

It has become known that the investor's companies were involved in construction, including taking part in the development of Turkistan.

In June, the company LLP "Feb Stroy", which is linked to the Turkish investor, was declared bankrupt by court decision. It is reported that the enterprise has a debt to the state budget amounting to 72.8 million tenge.

The debts of another of Shakhin's companies to the budget exceed 155.8 million tenge.

It is noted that in September, the businessman's representative O.A. Bratkova alleged the illegal seizure of the company's property by Kazakh entrepreneurs; however, during the court proceedings, she was found guilty of slander.

Recall that earlier it became known that the Vietnamese airline Sovico Group is planned to be offered the trust management of the airports of Turkistan and Kyzylorda. Deputy Minister of Transport Maksat Kaliakparov noted that this will happen after Sovico completes the deal with JSC "NMC "Samruk-Kazyna" to purchase "Qazaq Air"
