Equipment from "Baikonur" is being sold for 264.6 million tenge

JSC "Baiterek Kazakhstan-Russian Joint Venture" has put technological equipment from the Baikonur Cosmodrome up for sale.

On the Electronic Trading Platform website, it is stated that the deadline for submitting applications is 4 June. The starting price of the lot is 264,656,558 tenge, and the guarantee deposit is 39,698,484 tenge.

"The property being sold consists of components, parts, metal structure elements of written-off systems, units and equipment sets containing precious metals, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, cable products, and written-off measuring instruments located at sites 42, 42RP, 43, and 45 of the Baikonur Cosmodrome," the lot description states.

Legal entities that own or lease a truck crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tonnes, two lorry-loader cranes, three dump trucks, and a loader are eligible to participate in the tender.

In the event of a refusal to conclude a purchase and sale agreement following the completed auction, the buyer shall pay the seller a penalty of 10% of the sale price within three working days.
