157 million tenge for image is ready to pay the "Centre for the Development of the Digital Economy"

Subsidiary company JSC «Kazakhtelecom» is holding a tender for information and image support on the electronic procurement portal of JSC «Sovereign Wealth Fund «Samruk-Kazyna». The FBRK editorial team decided to find out more about the details of the competition. 

LLP «Digital Economy Development Centre» has announced an open tender for the procurement of services for the implementation of a PR strategy until the end of 2024. The competition closes on 30 April. The lot value is 157 million tenge, and the tender is conducted on a descending price basis.

For reference: The «Digital Economy Development Centre» provides services in the field of info-communication and digital technologies, as well as offering services for the marking and traceability of goods. 

According to the technical specification, the list of tasks for the potential supplier includes the preparation of a detailed report of information monitoring and a calendar plan of activities

Specifically, no fewer than 20 publications must be placed in preferred online media outlets without the signs «PR», «R» or «P» indicating advertising. No fewer than two pieces in Kazakh and four in Russian must be broadcast on preferred national and regional television channels, as well as no fewer than 60 pieces in Kazakh and Russian on the radio. 

Furthermore, the Digital Economy Development Centre intends to engage «opinion leaders»: no fewer than 39 pieces must be published on social networks by popular bloggers and public figures. Targeted advertising on social networks is envisaged, with a total reach of no fewer than 3,000 accounts

The potential supplier will also be responsible for organising three events with the participation of the company's clients and partners, five so-called «support meetings», two press tours with journalists and at least one presentation of a new project in the capital city for 50 people. 

No fewer than five themed exhibitions will be organised in Kazakhstan and abroad. All planned events must include buffets, lunches, coffee breaks and professional photo and video shooting. 

The target audience should receive notifications about the new project of the «Digital Economy Development Centre» through an information mailing: 250,000 emails to Email and 200,000 via WhatsApp to no fewer than 40,000 contacts from the relevant database. 

In addition, the client intends to place at least four billboards in Astana and six banners in three cities across the country

In short, we will soon be inundated with a wave of information advertising from the «Digital Economy Development Centre». 

Recall, in December 2022, the company already signed three advertising contracts worth more than 49 million tenge.
