Another incident involving a conscript soldier has been recorded in the Kazakh army. The young serviceman sustained serious injury during a morning inspection outside the barracks. Information about the incident appeared on the Telegram channel of journalist Mikhail Kozachkov. According to his account, the soldier allegedly attempted to chop off his fingers with an axe after being reprimanded by his immediate superior.
